Ashtanga
is a challenging, vigorous, flowing class, consisting of a fixed sequence of poses as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.  Movement is linked to the breath. Start any time Wed and Fri.

Yin Yoga (Slow Deep Stretch) is a relaxed, stretch oriented style of practice that brings us into a deep and pleasurable connection with presence and spaciousness.

Fun Yoga is a new concept of yoga practice.  Wildly energy-oriented with a lot of movement.  Loud, soulful music drives the first 2/3rds of the class.  The last third includes chanting and meditation.

Slow Stretch Yoga invites students to drop in during their lunch hour for a mini version of slow deep stretch.  Guaranteed to completely relax you in the middle of any hectic day.

All Level Hatha Yoga focuses on developing fundamental postures with emphasis on both alignment and breath.  The pace is a  little more relaxed and slower than a flow class, allowing  the newer student, as well as the established student, the time to deepen into their practice.

Beginner Yoga helps those who are new to yoga or still in their first year of practice to learn the correct alignment of the basic poses and how to use the yogic breath to inform the pose.  Great for building strength & flexibility while learning how to relax into the yoga.  The practice will be flow oriented.
